This painting was inspired by a vivid dream in which she artist saw herself painting it. Upon waking she immedately felt compelled to bring it to life. Aften painting and prayerfully considering it’s name, she felt inspired to call it “The Promise” as it represents the promises God has for us. This piece is a visual representation of the promise of God for our lives, the confidence in His faithfulness, hope and divine guidance. The tentative yet signifcant strokes with gold decals describe a purity and richness of the promises of God. Adorning a soft flue and white background, the flower blooms into an expression of trust and fulfillment.
