This painting was inspired by a vivid dream in which the artist saw herself painting it. Upon waking she immediately felt compelled to bring it to life. After then painting and prayerfully considering it’s name, she felt inspired to call it “The Promise” as it represents the promises God has for us. This piece is a visual representation of the promises of God for our lives, the confidence in His faithfulness, hope and divine guidance. The tentative yet significant strokes with gold decals descripe a purity and richness of the promises of God. Adorning a soft blue and whiite background, the flower blooms into an expression of trust and fulfillment.
