Made using whole oranges and lemons, carefully cooked for a bold, traditional citrus taste, and bursting with fruit. Crafted using my own original recipes from my previous preserve business several years ago, lovingly revisited and made once again. These marmalades celebrate classic techniques, rich fruit taste, and small-batch care. Lightly spiced with cinnamon to add warmth and depth, beautifully enhancing the natural citrus taste.
Made with no artificial pectin, preservatives, or colours, using carefully scrubbed and washed, fruit.
Each jar is beautifully finished with a hand-tied tag and decorative paper top, making them perfect for breakfast tables, cakes or gifting.
